In these consciously created mind/body/spirit sessions, we will begin with a movement practice to connect to ourselves, using body feeling for process healing. Once we connect mind, body and breath through yoga we will then enter into a deep breathwork session that allows us to bypass the rational thinking mind and move into the subconscious mind–where all of our pattering and programming lives. As we connect to self with the intention of release and higher self-connection, this process allows us to rid stuck energy, detox, enhance creativity, and connect to truth and source. These sessions help us foster the power within and create profound and lasting benefits.
