Cost and Schedule TBA soon!

Peru is one of the most mystical destinations in the world. Located in South America, Peru is most known for its portion of the Amazon Rainforest and Machu Picchu, an ancient Incan city high in the Andes mountains. True Nature retreats are held in the region surrounding Machu Picchu, called the Sacred Valley–an area rich in archaeological sites, high elevation hiking trails, and beautiful native cultural communities. During this weeklong retreat, there will be plenty of time for yoga and relaxation and the option to go to Machu Picchu at the end. Christen will be leading at least 2 yoga/meditation sessions daily, which will mainly be vinyasa and yin with workshop inversion play. Stay tuned for the final schedule.

Retreat Center and Eco Lodge- SACRED VALLEY, PERU: Nestled in an oasis of native plants and fruit trees, the location of this unique center is nourished by a magnificent waterfall in the Sacred Valley of Peru. This lovely spot in the Andes Mountains is home to the twelve mountains known as apus (luminous beings.) Those who come to the center have the opportunity to commune directly with these mountains, as well as with the local curanderos and pacos (healers), who engage with us for ritual and ceremony. Their programs range from yoga and other movement practices, to personal healing and reflection, to practical workshops on permaculture. The guests at this center enjoy delicious meals with locally-grown and lovingly prepared ingredients. Each guestroom is a reflection of the Peruvian culture of the Sacred Valley. The entire center embodies a kindness, love, and wholeness that seems to permeate the magical place.
