Join Christen for her first retreat at the Mandala Montana Retreat Center in Florence MT! This is a week-long intensive exploring the chakras through yoga, sound, meditation and art. Each day is dedicated to a single chakra–using several modalities to activate the center being highlighted. We will discover what chakras are over and under activated and how they all play and intertwine with one another.

6:00-8:00am Trance-formational Kundalini
8:00-9:00am Breakfast
9:00-10:30am Chakra Anatomy/Esoteric Psychology
10:30-12:30pm Chakra Yoga
12:30-1:30pm Lunch
1:30-3:00pm Nature Walk, cold plunge, or hot springs
3:00-4:30pm Chakra Yantra Art and Study (coloring the chakras is an ancient tantric practice said to shift generational as well as personal blockages)
