Class Types

Hot Vinyasa

This class is heated to 95 degrees. Vinyasa or ‘flow’ is a term that means breath and movement together or placing things in sacred and special places. Each class has its own design of movement, breath, balance and chill.

Traditional Bikram–26 postures and 2 breathing exercises in a 105 degree room.

90-and 60-minute variations (90min two sets, 60min one set of most postures)
This stronghold series is so versatile–used not only to strengthen the body, but also the mind. This ‘bones to skin’ practice is wonderful for emotional regulation, weight loss, stamina and detox.

Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice where passive poses are held for extended periods, typically 3-10min. It can also be termed as a long, slow deep stretching class and a great compliment to all of the other classes. Room is 85 degrees.

High intensity interval training is a workout method that alternates brief intense bursts of explosive exercise with short recovery or low intensity periods. This class is slightly heated, 75-80 degrees.

This high intensity class uses Pilates principles, body weight exercises and tabata protocols. Created by Gabbi Walters, IHP builds strong bodies with simple exercises. We warm up the pelvis, move onto abs, work the back, run through HIIT intervals, come back to abs and cool down. 95 degrees.

Mobility is a class designed to improve your joint range of motion, functional movement and active body control. It bridges the gap between passive flexibility and strength training, helping you move more efficiently and preventing injury. 75-80 degrees.
