1) Saturday, January 16th, 12 – 2pm
Kundalini Asana and Yoga Nidra Meditation with Christen
Breathe, Move. Meditate. We will begin with breath technique, move into asana and end with deep meditation.
2) Saturday, January 23rd, 5 – 7pm
Restorative Yoga with Astrid
Let your body enjoy long holds and deep breathing. Please bring your own props, a pillow, block, blanket and strap of any kind.
3) Sunday, January 31st, 5 – 7pm
Arm Balance Play with Nathalie
Have fun and play with creative arm balance in this workshop, working through other variations beyond crow pose.
